What is your Return & Exchange policy?
Please note that due to the intimate nature of our merchandise and the prevailing statutes in most locations, we can not accept returns of undergarments. Once an order is placed on presidentforlife.com we are unable to change or cancel the order.
All items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned item, the package will be returned to you and we will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.
On those extremely rare occasions where there may be a problem with your order (e.g., the rare occasion we mistakenly ship the wrong item or the wrong size), please email us at service@presidentforlife.com and we will do our best to resolve it to your reasonable satisfaction.
When will my order ship and can I track it?
Pending credit verification, all orders require 1-3 business days to be processed before they are shipped.
Once shipped, ground orders are expected to arrive within 1-5 business days and express orders are guaranteed to arrive in 2 business days. Please take the processing time into account and note that most orders will not be shipped on the same day of purchase.
The following are holidays we consider to be non-business days and do not process and ship orders:
• Saturday and Sunday
• New Year's Day (January 1)
• Day After New Year's Day (January 2)
• Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
• Independence Day (July 4)
• Labor Day (First Monday in September)
• Veterans Day (November 11). If that date happens to be a Saturday or Sunday, then the adjacent Friday or Monday, respectively.
• Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
• Christmas Eve (December 24)
• Christmas Day (December 25)
• New Year's Eve (December 31)
Where do you ship to, how much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We ship within the contiguous United States and anywhere in the world. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box and military addresses as well as certain international addresses.
We would love to offer free delivery, but then we would have to absorb those costs elsewhere. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
United States Orders
All orders within the United States are shipped via the United States Postal Service at the following flat rates and estimated delivery dates:

International Orders
All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service at the following rate and estimated delivery dates:

Please be aware that some international orders may be subject to import duties and customs delays. We are not responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
What about service delays?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with USPS tracking information. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service.
President For Life is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package: USPS at 1-800-742-5877.
What about failed deliveries & returned packages?
In the case that USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or other similar reasons, President For Life is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, President For Life is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Do your items run true to size?
Yes. Our items follow the size guide listed on our sizing page.
The item I want is out of stock in my size, will you be re-stocking sold out merchandise?
We ensure that stock availability online matches inventory on hand. If for some reason the item(s) purchased is not in stock, notification will be sent immediately, and you will be given the option to either change or cancel your order.
All President For Life Boxer Shorts are produced in limited editions, and will not be produced in that same fabric again.

Do you offer wholesale?
At the moment, all of our current wholesale accounts are on hold and we are not accepting any new accounts. However, if you send an email to wholesale@presidentforlife.com your information, we will contact you when wholesale becomes available again.
Where else can I buy President For Life merchandise, do you have any store locations?
At the moment, our items are offered exclusively in our online-only store and from time-to-time at select boutiques; sign up for our mailing list for up-to-date notifications, events and information. In the mean time, you can purchase our clothing 24 hours, 7 days a week at www.presidentforlife.com.
